摘 要:多普勒雷达是灾害性天气如暴雨、冰雹等的监测预警预报的重要手段,也是定量估测高时空分辨率大范围降水的先进工具。通过广州雷达站历史典型降雨场次的雷达资料来确定雷达定量估测的降雨量,作为东莞内涝模型监测预警的降雨数据输入,进行东莞城区内涝预警监测。用基于一维及二维非恒定流的基本控制方程的内涝模型系统算出典型场次暴雨的东莞城区内涝积水深度(风险级别)。实例研究表明,应用天气雷达估测降雨结果应用于城市内涝监测预警的优势效果,即充分发挥雷达探测降雨的优势,为内涝的监测预警延长了预见期。Doppler radar is an important means of warning and forecasting early, and a quantitative estimate of precipitation with high spatial and temporal resolution of a wide range of advanced tools. In this paper, the typical history of the radar rainfall radar data in Guangzhou to determine the screening of the quantitative estimation of radar rainfall, water logging as a model of Dongguan, rainfall monitoring and early warning data input, the Dongguan City waterlogging early warning monitoring. Based on one-dimensional with two-dimensional unsteady flow and the basic equations of waterlogging the typical model system of Dongguan City waterlogging rain- storms in water depth (risk level) is calculated. Case study application of weather radar rainfall data shows that the results of moni- toring and early warning apply to the advantages of urban waterlogging effects, which gives full play to the advantage of radar rain fall, water logging of the monitoring and early warning for the extended forecast period.
