摘  要:本文研究了铜 ( ) -新铜试剂 -谷胱甘肽 -乙醇体系的显色反应 ,探讨了反应条件。试验中发现乙醇可以使吸光度增加 13.8% ,提高了显色反应的灵敏度。该方法用于测定大豆提取液中谷胱甘肽的含量 ,取得了满意结果。The colour reaction of glutathione with copper ( Ⅱ)-neocuproine -alcohol was investigated in the present paper.The absorbance increased distinctly by about 13.8% when alcohol was added to the system.The ma ximum absorption wavelength λ max of [Cu(neocuproine) 2]- + was at 456 nm and the apparent molar absorptivity was 1.2×10-4 L·mol- -1·cm- -1 in the selected system.Linear dynamic relationship was obta ined in the concentration range of 2—24 μg·mL- -1 for glutathione.Th e regression equation was as following:A=0.010 4+0.038 5c.The correlat ion coefficients was 0.999 8.The recoveries obtained were between 98.5% and 99 .9%.The relative standard deviations were less than 0.9% for all analyses.This method was used to determine glutathione in soybean extracts by the electromagn etic field technique and satisfactory results were obtained.
