负压封闭引流治疗骨创伤创面的护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨负压封闭引流(VSD)治疗骨创伤创面的护理体会。方法 92例患者作为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组各46例。对照组给予常规开放式引流,试验组给予负压封闭引流。观察两组引流效果。结果试验组感染率、换药次数、疼痛评分、创面愈合时间和住院时间等指标与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(0(0.0)比13.1(6/46),?2=4.457,P<0.05;(3.1±0.7)次比(7.6±2.2)次,t=3.861,P<0.05;(5.3±1.6)分比(8.1±1.4)分,t=4.327,P<0.05;(17.3±3.2)d比(24.5±6.1)d,t=7.631,P<0.05;(23.4±4.7)d比(29.8±7.1)d,t=8.253,P<0.05)。结论 VSD应用于骨科患者创面的愈合,可显著提高临床效果,改善患者生活质量,在护理过程中要重点关注有效负压环境、无菌环境和VSD的密封性,以保证治疗效果。Objective To explore the nursing experience on vacuum sealing drainage （VSD） used for treating wound surface of skeletal trauma. Methods Ninety-two cases of skeletal trauma were as study object, and were randomLy divided into experimental group and control group, control group were given routine opened drainage, and experimental group were given VSD. Results The infection rate, times of changing drugs, pain score, healing time and hospital time in experimental group was significantly better than that in control group （X^2=4.457, P〈0.05; t=-3.861, P〈0.05; t=4.327, P〈0.05; t=7.631, P〈0.05; t=8.253, P〈0.05）. Conclusion VSD used for treating wound surface of skeletal trauma, can increase clinical effect and improve the quality life effectively. During nursing process, it should pay attention on vacuum environment, asepsis environment and leak-proofness, to achieve good clinical effect.
