摘  要:提出一种基于高阶椭圆齿轮的多齿轮泵,并讨论其流量特性。高阶椭圆齿轮的径向尺寸随其转角而连续变化,依靠这种变化并结合齿轮的连续转动,就可以造成泵体与齿轮之间的容积变化,利用这种容积变化就能够输送液体。两个齿轮的高阶椭圆齿轮泵虽然结构简单,但是流量波动非常大,难以产生实用价值。在此基础上增加1个齿轮得到的三齿轮高阶椭圆齿轮泵,当其中心轮满足一定条件时,则中心轮一侧产生的流量能够补偿另一侧的流量,因此极大地降低了流量波动,获得具有实用价值的多齿轮泵。进一步详细地讨论了两种情形:3个三阶椭圆齿轮作为工作齿轮的情形(称为3-3-3组合)、1个三阶椭圆齿轮和2个二阶椭圆齿轮联合作为工作齿轮的情形(称为2-3-2组合)。A kind of multi - gear pumps based on higher- degree elliptical gears is proposed, and their flow characteristics are discussed herein. The radial size of the higher- degree elliptical gear varies with its rotation angle continuously, the volume between pump shell and the meshed gears changes during rotation of the gears, and the changes can be used to send liquid forward. Although the structure is simple, the higher - degree elliptical gear pumps with 2 gears have great flow fluctuations, this is unapplicable to use. Adding another gear to the 2 gears pump, a 3 gears pump is obtained. When the central gear under the certain conditions in the 3 gears pump, the flow from one side of the central gear can compensate that from the opposite side and the whole outlet flow fluctuation of the pump is reduced greatly, and the multi - gears pumps with higher- degree elliptical gears are reasonable in application. Fur- thermore, two circumstances are discussed in detail, three third - degree elliptical gears (called 3 - 3 - 3 combina- tion), and one third - degree elliptical gear and two second - degree elliptical gear (called 2 - 3 - 2 combination).
