摘　　要：目的研究癫痫患儿的服药依从性影响因素与病情控制的关系及护理干预。方法对100例癫痫患儿进行随访,根据他们的服药依从性与病情控制情况两者的相关性作对比研究。结果服药依从性高的患儿病情控制有效率达80%,服药依从性差的患儿病情难以控制。结论规范的药物治疗对于癫痫治疗效果显著,应在临床上加强患儿的服药依从性。Objective To study in children with epilepsy medication medicine from the impact factors and disease control and care interventions. Methods 100 children with epilepsy in our hospital were followed up, compared with disease control the correlation between their medication medical research. Results Taking medicine from a high in children with the disease control rate of 80% effective; medication doctors from poor children with the disease difficult to control. Conclusion Standard drug treatment for epilepsy treatment significantly strengthen clinical children taking medicine fxom nature.
