低场磁共振CBASS序列对三叉神经及血管关系显示的研究

摘  要:目的探讨低场磁共振显示三叉神经及血管关系的优势,找出最佳的成像序列及方法。方法选90例患者依次采用CBASS序列、FE序列、3D-TOF-FE序列进行检查,评价3种序列在MR图像上三叉神经及血管显示的能力。结果 CBASS与FE序列显示三叉神经图像质量无差异?2=0.128,P>0.05,3D-TOF-FE序列与CBASS、FE序列相比差异有统计学意义,?2=7.62,P<0.05;?2=6.97,P<0.05;在显示三叉神经方面,CBASS,FE较3D-TOF-FE差异有统计学意义;在显示血管方面,CBASS,3D-TOF-FE较FE有统计学意义。CBASS与FE序列在显示三叉神经方面P=1.023>0.05,两者无统计学意义。结论低场机CBASS序列能够清晰显示三叉神经与血管的关系,对临床提供术前评估和指导治疗有极其重要的意义。Objective Low-field MR/of the trigeminal nerve and blood vessel relations show the advantages of finding the best method of imaging sequences and. Metholds Choose 90 patients in the (Completely Balanced Steady State, CBASS) sequence, FE sequence,3 D-TOF-FE sequence for inspection,evaluation three series on MR images and vascular trigeminal nerve the capability of the display. Results CBASS and FE sequence shows trigeminal nerve image quality no difference X^2=0.128, P〉0.05, 3D-TOF-FE sequence and CBASS, FE sequence with a signifieant difference X^2=7.62, P〈0.05, X^2=6.97, P〈0.05; In the display trigeminal neiwe, CBASS, FE a 3D-TOF-FE have obvious difference; Blood vessels in the show, CBASS, 3 D-TOF-FE a FE are significantly different. CBASS and FE sequence in the display trigeminal nerve aspects P=-1.023 〉0.05, no significant differences between the two. CBASS sequence low field machine can clearly show the relationship between trigeminal nerve and blood vessels,to support clinical preoperative assessment and guide treatment have very important significance. Gonclusion Low-field machine CBASSsequence can clearly show the relationship between the trigeminal nerve and blood vessels,providing preoperative clinical assessment and treatment guidance is extremely important.
