摘  要:针对全速度范围内的内置式永磁同步电机无位置传感器控制策略难点进行研究。在中高速阶段,依据凸极永磁同步电机的数学模型,提出了一种改进型的Luenberger磁链观测器,通过直接观测转子磁链来获得转子位置信息,并可解决相位延迟问题;而在低速起动阶段,采用开环强制起动控制策略,保证了观测模型在全速度范围可靠工作。同时,依据内置式永磁同步电机的误差观测矩阵稳定性条件,提出了一种有效的数值选择方法,解决了内置式结构观测器设计的难题。仿真和实验结果均证明,在保证观测精确度前提下,应用该策略的驱动系统可获得良好的动、静态性能。A deep research on sensorless control of interior permanent magnet synchronous motors (IPMSM) in the whole speed region was put forward. At mid and high speed, an improved Luenberger flux observer was proposed to observe the rotor flux and obtain the information of rotor position, and also to remove the phase delay problem; while at the low speed, an open loop control was adopted to force motor start from a standstill, which can ensure the reliable operation in the whole speed range. Meanwhile, according to the stability conditions of observation error matrix, an effective numerical mean for parameter selection was provided to overcome the difficulty of the selection of observation matrix for the IPMSM sensorless control. Both the simulation and experimental results show that the good dynamic and steady performance can be acquired by applying the sensorless control strategy in whole speed region with the good observation accuracy.
