摘　　要：目的:研究广西5种乙类大型医用设备分布的公平性状况,为优化广西卫生资源配置提供参考。方法:通过绘制Lorenz曲线和测算Gini系数从人口分布及地理分布角度来评价广西乙类大型医用设备分布公平性状况。结果:广西乙类大型医用设备配置人口公平性要优于地域公平性。结论:政府在制定和实施大型医用设备配置规划政策时,不仅要考虑到卫生资源配置的人口公平性,也应考虑到地理公平性,以提高不同居住环境人群卫生服务的可及性。Objective： This article taken five kinds of class B medical equipments of Guangxi as the research objects, and evaluated the allocation equity which in order to provide evidences for optimizing resource allocation in Guangxi. Methods： Evaluate the allocation equity of class B medical equipments of Guangxi by means of drawing Lorenz Curve and computing the Gini coefficient based on the population and geographical distribution. Results： Allocation of class B medical equipments of Guangxi which based on the population distribution is superior to geographical distribution. Conclusions： The government not only should consider health resource allocation of the population fairness, also should consider the geographic equity, when make and implement the policy of large medical equipments, to improve health service accessibility of different crowd.
