广西柚子皮红外指纹图谱的研究

摘　　要：[目的]建立广西柚子皮的红外指纹图谱。[方法]采用傅里叶变换红外光谱法(FT-IR)测定来自不同产地的广西柚子皮,并应用红外Omic软件对试验数据进行处理。[结果]试验建立了广西柚子皮红外特征指纹图谱共有模式,标定了6个共有峰。[结论]该方法专属性强、快速、稳定,可用于广西柚子皮的质量评价。[Objective] This study aimed to establish the infrared（IR） fingerprints for peel of Citrus grandis in Guangxi.[Method] The fingerprint was established by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy（FT-IR）,and then was analyzed by Omic software.[Result] IR fingerprint of C.grandis was established.There were six common peaks in the characteristic spectrum of 12 samples.[Conclusion] The specific,rapid and stable method can be applied to quality control of C.grandis.
