取食转基因棉上的白粉虱对T纹豹蛛生长发育及捕食的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探讨取食转基因棉棉叶的白粉虱对T纹豹蛛生长发育及捕食的影响。[方法]在室内条件下,测定取食转基因棉和常规棉的白粉虱对T纹豹蛛发育历期、成蛛体重、死亡率、性比、耐饥力和捕食功能反应的影响。[结果]T纹豹蛛取食用转基因棉棉叶处理的白粉虱与取食普通棉叶处理的白粉虱发育历期、成蛛体重、死亡率和性比都无显著差异。捕食功能反应试验结果表明,T纹豹蛛对白粉虱幼虫的捕食功能反应符合HollingⅡ型圆盘方程;取食常规棉处理的白粉虱的T纹豹蛛猎物瞬时发现率和耐饥力显著高于转基因棉。[结论]该研究为研究转基因棉对棉田捕食天敌的影响提供了依据。[Objective] The aim was to discuss the effects of Trialeurodes vaporariorum fed on transgenic cotton on the growth and predation behavior of Pardosa T-insignita.[Method] Effects of T.vaporariorum fed on transgenic cotton and conventional cotton on developmental duration,adult body weight,mortality rate,ratio of sex,hunger tolerance and predatory functional response of P.T-insignita were determined under laboratory condition.[Result] The results showed that there no significant difference in the development duration,adult body weight,mortality rate and ratio of sex of P.T-insignita nymphs reared on transgenic cotton fed T.vaporariorum larvae and those on conventional cotton fed ones.And the predatory functional responses results showed that the predatory functional responses by adult P.T-insignita to larvae of T.vaporariorum satisfied HollingⅡ disc equation.Compared with fed on conventional cotton,the instantaneous discovery rates and hunger tolerance of P.T-insignita were significant higher than fed on those transgenic cotton.[Conclusion] The study provides a basis for researching the effects of transgenic cotton on the natural predators in cotton field.
