摘 要:目前,我国许多工矿企业绝大多数的生产数据监测还都采用分散的模拟或数字仪表来进行计量与监测。为保证生产的顺利进行,值班工人必须24小时不断地来回巡视、记录这些仪表的数值。这种人工巡视、记录的管理方式不仅劳动量大,速度慢,而且由于二次人工巡视之间的时间间隔不可能很短,而且许多仪表没有超限自动声光报警装置,因此使故障不能迅速、及时地得以发现和处理。本设计就是根据工业生产自动化管理的实际需要而设计的,核心器件采用单片机,只要改变传感器及放大器的参数,利用单片机强大的数据处理能力将参数显示出来,就可以灵活地组成各种不同参数的自动巡检测量仪器。这种仪器应用范围广,适用于很多工业的生产现场。At present, the vast majority of the production data monitoring in many domestic enterprises still uses distributed analog or digital instruments for measurement and monitoring.
