摘　　要：高校旅游管理专业是应用型的学科,需要构建以工作过程导向的项目教学体系。打破以学科为中心的教学理念,紧密结合社会需求,培养学生的动手操作能力。高校可成立专业教学委员会,完善制度保障,重视学生职业证书的考取,积极拓展校企合作的道路。Tourism management is a specialty for application, so it needs to construct a work process oriented teaching system. We need to break the discipline centered teaching philosophy, combined with the social demand, to cultivate the students practical ability. The college could establish a professional education committee, perfecting the security system, pay enough attention to the students admitting of the occupation certificate, as well as expand the school-enterprise cooperation road actively.
