北京市朝阳区社区医师的急救培训现状与需求研究

摘　　要：目的了解北京市朝阳区社区医师急救知识与技能的培训情况,为科学制定培训方法提供依据。方法采用自制调查问卷,调查北京市朝阳区卫生局直属42家社区卫生服务中心的100名医师的培训需求与相关急救技能的掌握情况。结果有34.0%的社区医师未参加过系统的急救培训,98.0%的社区医师有培训需求。对急救培训需求排在前三位的分别是:除颤器的使用、气管插管、急救理论知识;对培训形式需求排在前三位的分别是:参加急救中心的系统培训、邀请急救专家讲课、去大医院进修。结论应针对社区医师的能力、培训需求制定出更加有效、合理的培训计划,进行系统、规范的急救知识及技能的培训。Objective To know the current status of first aid knowledge and skills training for doctors and their requirement in community health service centers of Chaoyang district of Beijing,so as to provide the basic evidence for development of further training strategies.Methods By using a self-designed questionnaire,100 community doctors from 42 community health service centers of Chaoyang District in Beijing were surveyed about their demand for training and command of the relevant first aid skills.Results Some 34.0% of the doctors had never attended the systemic training on the first aid skills,but 98.0% had a demand to attend the training.The top 3 of training needs were respectively usage of defibrillator,tracheal intubation,and theoretical knowledge of first aid.The top 3 of the training form were respectively participation in systemic training in the center,listening to experts′ lecture,and advanced study in larger hospital.Conclusion A more systematic,standardized and effective training plan on the first aid knowledge and skills should be made according to the ability and demand of doctors in community health service centers.
