摘　　要：布氏杆菌病(布病)是一种严重危害人民健康和畜牧业发展的人畜共患传染病,其临床症状复杂多样。目前布病的治疗仍以抗菌治疗为根本性治疗。本文通过文献检索,总结了目前国内普遍使用的各类抗菌药物的作用机制、配伍情况及辅助用药、外科治疗和传统医学在布病治疗中的作用。Brucellosis,an anthropo zoonosis harming seriously people′s health and the development of animal husbandry,has complex and diverse clinical symptoms.And now its fundamental treatment is still antimicrobial.This paper,through literature retrieval,summarizes the mechanisms of action of various antimicrobial agents commonly used in China and the roles of compatibility,adjuvant drugs,surgical treatments and Chinese traditional medicine in treatment of brucellosis.
