摘 要:通过对煤层气钻井液类型、钻井废液组成、特点及危害分析,根据煤层气钻井特点、煤层气废液现场处理要求,对影响钻井废液无害化处理的各种处理剂及处理工艺条件进行了研究,得到优化工艺条件:(1)破胶混凝优化工艺:PC-1脱稳混凝剂,加量8000mg/L;QP混凝助剂,加量30mg/L;YH处理剂,加量1000mg/L;pH值6~7,作用时间30min。(2)固化处理优化工艺:固化剂FS,加量7%;破胶催化剂CPCA,加量1.5%~2.0%。实验室研究结果表明,采用优化工艺处理钻井废液,处理后各项指标均能达到国家一级排放标准。According to the analysis on CBM drilling fluid type,the composition,characteristics and harm of waste fluid,based on CBM drilling properties and the requirements of waste fluid harmless treatment,this paper researches various treating agents and technologies influencing the harmless treatment.And then,some conditions of optimized technology have been obtained:(1) optimized technology of waste water treatment: PC-1 destabilization coagulant,8000mg/L;QP coagulant additive,30mg/L;YH treating agent,1000mg/L;pH 6~7,action time of 30 min;and(2) optimized technology of solidification treatment: curing agent FS,7%;gel breaking catalyst CPCA,1.5%~2.0%.Laboratory study shows that all indexes of the treated waste drilling fluid by the optimized technology can meet the first grade of national discharge standard.
