选煤厂铁路装车自动减载系统设计与应用

摘　　要：针对南屯煤矿选煤厂现有装车系统严重超载而无法保证装车精度和装车质量的问题,设计了一种自动减载系统,介绍了该系统的硬件和软件的设计。该自动减载系统加设了一个取煤机构,当火车行进通过计量衡之后,通过与原自动添煤系统通信后,获取车皮计量信息;若为超载车皮,则取煤机构下降取煤;还在返煤胶带上安装计量系统,实现了火车超载减载自动化。In view of problem that loading accuracy and loading quality could not be ensured because of serious overloading existed in loading system of Coal Preparation Plant of Nantun Coal Mine,an automatic unloading system was designed,design of hardware and software of the system was introduced.The automatic unloading system is added a coal unloading unit.When train passed through metering scale,the system can get metering information of train by communication with original automatic loading coal system.If the train is overloaded,the coal unloading unit would go down to unload coal.A metering system is installed on coal back belt.The system realizes automation of overloading and unloading of train.
