摘　　要：目的建立海南广藿香药材百秋李醇和广藿香酮的含量测定方法。方法采用气相色谱法同时测定11批海南广藿香药材百秋李醇和广藿香酮含量。结果广藿香药材的质量与生长地点有直接关系。结论该方法快速、稳定可靠,可以用于广藿香药材质量评价。Objective To establish a GC method for simultaneous determination of patchouli alcohol and pogostone in Pogostemon cablin.Methods The GC method was used to simultaneously determine the contents of patchouli alcohol and pogostone in 11 batches of Pogostemon cablin.Results The assay was successfully applied to determine the contents of patchouli alcohol and pogostone in Pogostemon cablin cultivated in Hainan province.The quality of medicinal material Pogostemon cablin was directly related with the growth locality.Conclusion This method is proved to be rapid,precise and reliable enough to be applied for the quality control of Pogostemon cablin.
