吡拉西坦注射液治疗高颅内压66例

摘　　要：目的探讨吡拉西坦注射液降低颅内压的临床疗效。方法将黔江中心医院2010年5月至2011年5月收治的颅脑损伤、脑出血非手术治疗患者132例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组66例。研究组静脉快速滴注20%吡拉西坦注射液,对照组静脉快速滴注20%甘露醇注射液。所有患者均采用持续颅内压监护或定时腰椎穿刺测颅内压。结果研究组显效8例,有效28例,进步28例,无效2例;对照组显效6例,有效26例,进步32例,无效2例。两组总有效率均为96.97%,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。用药期间研究组未观察到与所用药品有关的不良反应。结论吡拉西坦注射液脱水、降颅内压效果明显,安全可靠,无明显不良反应。Objective To investigate the lower intracranial pressure efficacy of Piracetam Injection.Methods A hundred and thirty-two patients with traumatic brain injury,cerebral hemorrhage with non-surgical treatment in Qianjiang Central Hospital from May 2010 to May 2011 were randomly divided into study group and control group（n=66）.Rapid intravenous infusion of 20%piracetam injection was given to study group,while the control group 20%mannitol.All patients had continuous intracranial pressure monitoring or timing lumbar puncture to measure intracranial pressure.Results The study group was markedly effective in 8 cases,effective in 28 cases,progress in 28 cases,and two cases noneffective;control group was markedly effective in 6 cases,effective in 26 cases,progress in 32 cases,and 2 cases were noneffective.The total effective rate was 96.97%,no significant difference（P〈0.05）.No adverse reactions related to drugs used was observed in the study group during medication.Conclusion The dehydration,lower intracranialpressure effect of Piracetam Injection is safe and reliable,without any significant adverse reactions.
