3-(苯并噻唑偶氮)-2,6-二羟基苯甲酸与铜显色反应的研究

摘　　要：报道了新合成的显色剂与铜的显色反应。在 CPB存在下 ,铜与显色剂在 p H6.98的缓冲溶液中形成稳定的 1∶ 2的红色配合物。其最大吸收波长为 547.0 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为 3.74× 1 0 4 ,灵敏度较高 ,选择性较好。铜含量在 0～ 30 μg/ 2 5ml范围内服从比耳定律。It is found that in a buffer solution of pH 6.98 and in the presence of the surfactant CPB, a red complex with a molar ratio of 1∶2 (Cu∶R) is formed through the color reaction of the new reagent BTADHB and Cu(Ⅱ) ion. The absorption maxima of the complex is found to lie at 547.0nm with an apparent molar absorptivity of 3.74×10 4L·mol -1 ·cm -1 . Beer′s law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0~30μg of Cu(Ⅱ) per 25ml.
