生理性海水鼻腔冲洗辅助治疗儿童哮喘伴鼻炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察生理性海水鼻腔清洗辅助治疗儿童哮喘伴鼻炎的疗效。方法将96例哮喘伴鼻炎患儿随机分为两组,在规范使用哮喘吸入药物治疗及鼻内使用糖皮质激素基础上,治疗组(48例):喷鼻用激素前用生理性海水清洗鼻腔;对照组(48例):未用生理性海水清洗鼻腔,疗程共8周,观察两组鼻炎症状改善及哮喘临床控制情况。结果两组的主要症状、体征及疗效观察比较,两组在性别、平均年龄、病情严重程度方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组鼻炎症状改善及哮喘临床控制情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生理性海水清洗鼻腔可有效改善哮喘伴有鼻炎患儿的鼻部症状,减少鼻腔的局部用药,有利于哮喘的综合治疗,从而提高患儿的生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical effect of physiological sea water washing nasal cavity to adjuvant treatment of childhood asthma with rhinitis.Methods 96 cases of childhood asthma with rhinitis were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group（48 cases） and control group（48 cases）.The control group was treated by the standard use of inhaled asthma medicationgs and the use of intranasal corticosteroids on the basis.The treatment group was treated by physiological sea water washing nasal cavity before spraying nasal steroid on the basis of control group,course of treatment for 8 weeks.Improvement of rhinitis symptoms and clinical control of asthma were observed.Results There were no statistical significances in main symptoms,signs,efficacy,mean age and sex between two groups（P〉0.05）.However,improvement of rhinitis symptoms and clinical control of asthma in treatment group were better than those in control group,and there was statistical significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Physiological sea water washing nasal cacity can improve the nasal symptoms of childhood asthma with rhinitis,reduce the nasal topical l administration,and is conducive to the comprehensive treatment of asthma.
