肺结核患者涂阳率及其影响因素的研究

摘　　要：目的分析某医院收治新发初治肺结核的涂阳率及其影响因素。方法对某医院2011年收治新发初治的肺结核患者液基夹层集菌法痰涂片阳性率及其影响因素进行相关性分析。结果 2011年共收治新发初治肺结核患者1111例,其中男性728例,涂阳率41.1%;女性383例,涂阳率21.9%。左肺结核217例,涂阳率19.4%;右肺结核339例,涂阳率26.5%;双肺结核555例,涂阳率29.5%。上肺结核240例,涂阳率16.7;中肺结核178例,涂阳率21,3%;下肺结核65例,涂阳率30.8%;上中下肺结核628例,涂阳率31.5%。结论年龄、职业、发病季节与涂阳率无关;性别、病灶部位与涂阳率有关,其中男性涂阳率大于女性;双肺涂阳率高,右肺大于左肺;下肺及上中下肺涂阳率大于上、中肺。Objectives To analyz the smear-positive rate and its influencing factors on tuberculosis patients newly hospitalized and initially treated. Methods The positive rate of acid-fast bacilli with the medium-based bacteria-enrichment smear microscopy in sputum samples from tuberculosis patients newly hospitalized and initially treated in 2011, and its influencing factors were analyzed. Results In 111 l tuberculosis patients newly hospitalized and initially treated, 728 cases were male with smear-positive rate 41.1% and 383 were female with smear-positive rate 21.9% ; 217 cases had left lung tuberculosis with smear-positive rate 19.4% , 339 cases had right lung tu- berculosis with smear-positive rate 26.5% , and 555 cases had both sides tuberculosis with smear-positive rate 29.5% ; 240 cases had up- per lung tuberculosis with smear-positive ratel6.7% , 178 cases had middle lung tuberculosis with smear-positive rate 21.3% , 65 cases had lower lung tuberculosis with smear-positive rate 30. 8% , and 628 had upper, middle and lower lung tuberculosis with smear-positive rate 31.5%. Conclusions The smear-positive rate is not related to age, occupation and season, but it is related to gender and the site of the tuberculosis lesion. The smear-positive rate is higher in the male than that in the female, higher in patients with both sides lung tuberculosis than that with single side lung tuberculosis, higher in patients with the right lung tuberculosis higher than that with the left lung tuberculosis, higher in patients with the lower lung and upper, middle and lower lung tuberculosis higher than that with the upper lung and the middle lung tuberculosis.
