摘  要:以氯代叔丁烷作重原子微扰剂采用亚硫酸钠化学除氧技术建立了菲、7,8-苯并喹啉、2-溴代萘在环糊精介质中的室温光分析法。通过对比平衡时间和第三组分的浓度对于β-环糊精/光体/氯代叔丁烷和β-环糊精/光体/叔丁醇两种体系中光的光强度、光寿命的不同影响,探讨了氯代叔丁烷和叔丁醇诱导产生室温光机理的差异。Using t-butyl chloride as a heavy atam perturber,we estabished a cyclodextrin(CD) induced room temperature phosphorimetry of phenanthrene, 7,8-benzoquinoline and 2-bromonaphthalene by Na2SO3 chemical deoxygenating technique.The effects of equilibrium time and the concentration of perturber on the phosphorescence intensity and lifetime of phosphors between β-CD/phosphors/t-butyl chloride (t-BuCl) system and β-CD/phosphors/t-butanol system had been investigated comparatively,and the different mechanism of inducing room temperature phosphorescence (RTP) between the two systems had been proposed: the steric matching effect between t-BuCl and β-CD, the intramolecular heavy atom effect and hydrophobicity of t-BuCl molecule were the important reasons for inducing RTP,whereas the steric matching effect was the sole interaction between t-BuOH and β-CD.Thus t-BuCl was an ideal heavy atom perturber.
