摘　　要：应用恒电位极化法探讨了酶免疫电极的响应机理 ,通过旋转圆盘电极确定了生物电极的速度控制步骤 ,根据交流阻抗谱的分析 ,计算了各种生物电极在不同电极电位下的动力学参数 ,并进行了比较分析 .Reaction mechanism of enzyme immunoelectrode is studied by potentiostatic. Rotating disk electrode is used to determine the controlling step of bioelectrode. Under different potentials and different modifying conditions, kinetic parameters of bioelectrodes were measured on the base of electrochemical impendance spectra. At the same time, these parameters are compared and discussed.
