摘  要:低温热泵干燥装置在化学品、食品、药品、农副产品的干燥中具有广泛需要。给出了基本型、真空型和吸附剂型三类低温热泵干燥装置,对其结构、工作原理和特性进行了简要分析。分析表明,在初投资方面,基本型最低,真空型最高;在能源效率方面,真空型最高,基本型最低;吸附剂型在初投资和能源效率方面均居中。上述工作可为低温热泵干燥装置的设计提供较好的参考。Low-temperature heat pump dryers are widely needed in drying of chemical products,foods,medicines and agricultural products.Three kinds of low-temperature heat pump dryers known as basic type,vacuum type and adsorbent type are introduced,and their structures,working principles and characteristics are briefly analyzed.It shows that the basic type low-temperature heat pump dryers has the least initial cost while the vacuum type has the most,and the vacuum type low-temperature heat pump dryers has the highest energy efficiency while the basic type has the lowest,the adsorbent type low-temperature heat pump dryers are moderate both in initial cost and energy efficiency.The above results could provide good reference for the design of low-temperature heat pump dryers.
