摘 要:今年6月5日,远大可建科技仃限公司与长沙市望城区人民政府签订战略协议,计划用7个月的时间,规划建设一座220层,高838米的综合大楼——天空城市,预计建成后比迪拜塔还高10米,号称世界第一高楼。87% of the skyscrapers in construction of the world are in China.We can see in the future,there will be one skyscraper finished every 5 days. However, foreign institutions,research shows over past 140 years, skyscrapers heat a reliable indicator of the coming economic collapse. The Chrysler and Empire State Building and the skyscrapers heat in New York took place in the eve of the stock market crash and the Great Depression of 1929.And Dubai too,the terrible economic crisis. Andrew Lawrence , a renowned economist, summed up a ' skyscraper index', he found, 'the skyscraper in building, the economic overheating; the skyscraper finished, the economic recession.Later, this phenomenon known as 'Lawrence curse'. In the history,the coincidence repeatedly fulfilled . As an international metropolis, Shanghai today can be described as skyscrapers.Only in Lujiazui,there are the World Financial Center, Jin Mao Tower and other skyscrapers. In fact , in 2009 , because of the international financial crisis, the occupancy rate of Jinmao Tower downturned for the first time since 1999.The office occupancy rate of 98% in the same period last year, dropped to 92.2%. History is surprisingly similar, we have reasons to worry about Chinese skyscrapers!
