摘　　要：目的探讨痛风性关节炎(GA)与颈动脉狭窄及慢性血管疾病危险因素的关系。方法 60例GA患者进行颈动脉CT血管造影(CTA),并检测其身高、体重、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、空腹血糖(FBG)和血尿酸(SUA)。结果 60例患者中,检出颈动脉狭窄19例,检出率为31.7%。动脉狭窄组体质量指数(BMI)、TC、TG、FBG和SUA较非动脉狭窄组高(P<0.01)。吸烟、嗜酒、吃肥肉、吃动物内脏是颈动脉狭窄的致病因素,运动、喝茶和素食是颈动脉狭窄的保护因素。结论 GA患者颈动脉狭窄检出率较高,BMI、TC、TG、FBG和SUA与GA颈动脉狭窄有关联。吸烟、嗜酒、喜爱吃肥肉或动物内脏是GA颈动脉狭窄的危险因素,运动、喝茶和素食是GA颈动脉狭窄的保护因素。Objective To explore the association of gouty arthritis （GA） with risk factors of carotid stenosis and chronic vascular disease. Methods Sixty patients with GA underwent carotid CT angiography （ CTA）, and their height, weight, total cholesterol （ TC ）, triglycerides （TG）, fasting blood glucose （FBG） and serum uric acid （SUA） were detected. Results Of 60 cases, 19 cases of carotid stenosis were confirmed （ prevalence of 31.7 % ）. Body mass index （ BMI）, TC ,TG, FBG and SUA of carotid stenosis group were higher than those of non-carotid stenosis group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Smoking, alcohol, fat meat intake, animal viscera intake were risk factors of carotid stenosis;Exercise, drinking tea and vegetarian diet were protective factors against carotid stenosis. Conclusion Prevalence of carotid stenosis is quite high in GA patients;BMI, TC, TG, FBG and SUA are associated with elderly GA patients with carotid stenosis. Smoking, alcohol, fat meat intake or animal viscera intake were risk factors of carotid stenosis in GA patients;Exercise, tea and vegetarian diet were protective factors against GA with carotid stenosis.
