摘  要:数控机床爬行问题是提高机床加工精度的重要研究课题之一,本文基于产生数控机床爬行现象的原理对机床产生爬行原因进行了理论分析,并建立了爬行的数学模型。在对爬行原因进行合理分析的同时提出了解决数控机床爬行现象的有效措施,并以市场上较为流行的西门子802D数控系统为例,阐述了如何通过相关的机床参数改善进给爬行现象。该项研究对数控机床的设计、制造和维修具有重要意义。Machining tool crawling problem is one of important research topic to improve the accuracy of CNC machine. The principle of creeping of CNC machine tools is analyzed based on reasons of the crawling phenomenon and the mathematical model of crawling is established. The effective measure of solving crawling problem is proposed based on the analysis of the reasons of CNC machine tools. How to change the parameters to improve the crawling phenomenon of the CNC machine tools is elaborated, the popular Siemens 802D CNC system in the market is used as example, This studies of this paper is useful to the design of CNC machine tools, manufacturing and maintenance.
