摘　　要：阐述了一种磨床由继电控制改为PLC控制的缘由。根据控制系统设计理念,提出了主电路、控制电路的设计方案。通过对比改造前与改造后的电路图及运行结果,阐明了PLC改造的优势。给出了完整的梯形图。Elaborated a grinder by relay control is changed into the PLC control. According to the control system design concept, put forward the main circuit, control circuit design. Through the contrast before the transformation and the transformation of the circuit diagram and operation results, expounds the advantage of PLC transformation. The complete ladder diagram was given.
