摘　　要：文化政策建设对舞台艺术发展的影响向来是学界研究的热点问题。本文以文化政策建设为立足点,借鉴迈克尔·波特钻石模型理论体系,重点探讨文化政策建设与文艺表演团体、演艺消费市场及相关支持产业、人才培养等因素之间的相互关系,并对我国舞台艺术的发展提出针对性的意见和建议。It has always been a hot issue among scholars to study the influence of cultural policy on the development of stage art. Based on the research on the construction of cultural policy, the paper assesses characteristics of the policy system with the reference of ＂Diamond Model＂ by Michael Porter. It mainly discusses the influence of the cultural policy on performing arts groups, entertainment consumer market and other related industries, talents training. The paper puts forward suggestions of the development of Chinese stage art.
