摘　　要：从宏观和微观两个层面对金融危机背景下影响我国物流企业跨国并购的相关因素进行了分析,并提出了应对策略。In this paper, we have analyzed the factors influencing the transnational merger operations of the logistics enterprise of China during the international financial crisis both macroscopically and microscopically and proposed the corresponding countermeasures.
