河北省“农超对接”实施路径之物流公共信息平台的建设

摘　　要："农超对接"目前面临的难题之一是农产品物流信息不通畅,建设物流公共信息平台对推动河北省"农超对接"、促进农产品物流产业发展有着极其重要的意义。首先分析了河北省"农超对接",中农产品物流信息系统存在的问题,进而对河北省"农超对接"中建设物流公共信息平台的必要性和可行性进行了阐述分析,在此基础上构建了河北省"农超对接"中物流公共信息平台,构建的总体思路为"服务-集成-对接",总体框架由物流信息平台和物流管理公共平台组成。In this paper, we first analyzed the problems in the agricultural imwluee logistics information system in the farmer-supermarket docking in Hebei and then constructed the logistics public information platform for the farmer-supermarket docking in Hebie on the basis of an analysis of the necessity and feasibility of the platform. The roadmap of the construction was along the line of ＂service, integration, and docking＂ and the general framework of the system consisted of the logistics information platform and logistics management public platform.
