摘　　要：船舶行业目前处于低谷,船舶保函业务风险日渐显现。本文通过分析J银行青岛分行的自救过程,阐述了船舶保函业务风险的处理策略,即注重提前发现风险,为化解风险留下时间余地,同时抓住化解风险的重点,寻求各方的配合和协调,实现各方的合作博弈。The ship industry develops slowly at present, and the risk of ship guarantee letter appears gradually. This paper analyzes the self-save process of J bank Qingdao branch, analyzes the risk prevention strategies, which includes finding the risk ahead to leave the space of solving problems, seizing the core of risk, and seeking the cooperation of other parties, so as to achieve the cooperative game of all parities.
