含铁钛白粉的应用研究

摘　　要：本文对含铁钛白粉—钛白粉生产中的废品用作超强酸催化剂催化酯化反应进行了初步研究。结果表明 :通过适当处理 ,可以将含铁钛白粉制造成固体超强酸 ,为废品利用开辟了一条新途径。TiO 2-containing Fe 2O 3 is often produced as waste during TiO 2 manufacture.There are two ways to solue this problem.One is to change the processing equipment and technological conditions.The other is to make good use of TiO 2-containing Fe 2O 3.In this paper,TiO 2-containing Fe 2O 3 mixed with amorphous TiO 2 was treated with H 2SO 4 and used as a catalysts for the esterification of butanol with phthalic anhydride.
