摘  要:目的建立利赛霉安阴道栓中朱砂的含量测定方法。方法采用原子荧光光谱法测定样品中钠的含量。结果朱砂在2.514-7.542ng.mL-1范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9991;回收率在101.0%-105.1%,RSD为1.5%。结论该方法简单、快速、准确;能很好地用于赛霉安阴道栓中朱砂的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish a method to determine cinnabar in SaiMeiAn vaginal supposito ries. METHODS the content of cinnabar in the samples was determinated by the method of hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometer(AFS). RESULTS The good linear relation was determined as 2.5147. 542ng · mL-1 in cinnabar by AFS with a regression coefficient of 0. 9991 .The average recovery rate was 101.0 % 105.1% ;The relative standard deviation was 1.5 % .CONCLUSION The method was simple, rapid and accu rate, and can be used for quality control of cinnabar in SaiMeiAn vaginal suppositories.
