GC法测定复方甘草口服溶液中樟脑及茴香醚的含量

摘　　要：目的建立复方甘草口服溶液中樟脑与茴香醚含量测定方法,并考察样品中是否存在异龙脑替代樟脑投料现象。方法采用气相色谱内标法,以萘为内标,测定樟脑与茴香醚的含量。结果樟脑在0.005917mg·mL-1-2.0710 mg·mL-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9995;茴香醚在0.005973mg·mL-1-2.0905mg.mL-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998;平均加样回收率为樟脑103.0%,RSD=1.4%;茴香醚101.4%,RSD=1.1%。结论本法灵敏度高,重现性好,结果准确。OBJECTIVE To establish a method using GC for determination of the content of camphor and phenylmethylether in compound liquorice Oral Liquid, and examine whether there were !isoborneol in the samples for the replacement of the camphor. METHODS Camphor and phenylmethylether were determined by GC, and Naphthalene was the internal standard. RESULTS The calibration curve of camphor was liner in the concentration range of 0.005917mg. mL- 1 - 2.0710rag.mL- l, r = 0.9995, and phenylmethylether was liner in the concentration range of 0.005973mg . mL- 1 -2. 0905rag . mL- l, r = 0. 9998 ; The average recovery of camphor was 103.0 % with a relative standard deviation of 1.4 %, and phenylmethylether was 101.4 % with a relative standard deviation of 1.1%. CONCLUSION The method is sensitive, precise and accurate.
