摘　　要：目的观察牙髓失活剂Depulpin的临床疗效。方法将400颗需进行牙髓失活治疗的患牙随机分成两组,分别采用Depulpin组和砷失活剂组进行处置。结果 Depulpin组总有效率为89.50%,砷失活剂组总有效率为79.50%。两组封药后疼痛反应的比较,存在统计学差异(卡方检验,P<0.05);两组的失活效果比较也存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 Depulpin是一种有效、安全、疼痛反应小的牙髓失活剂,值得临床推广使用。OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effects of Depulpin in molar teeth. METHODS 400 teeth which needed be inactvatived were derided into 2 groups randomly, one groups were treated with Depulpin and another with arsenic agent. RESULTS The effective rate of the Depulpin was 89.50 % . That of arsenic agent was 79.50 %. The pain after pulp devitalization had significant difference between these 2 groups by Chi-square test （P 〈 0.01）. And the curative effect between these two groups had significant difference by Chi-square test（ P 〈0.05） .CONCLUSION Depulpin is an effective, safe, less painful operative agent. It is worthy to be recommended for clinical application.
