对体育教师参与社区健身指导的分析研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、调查法对社区体育和社会体育指导员现状分析发现:专业体育指导人才的缺乏制约着社区体育健身的发展。研究得出:体育教师专业的知识技能、丰富的教学训练经验和群体竞赛活动的组织管理经验对社区体育健身的指导具有很好的实际效应,但需要多方面政策的支持和条件的完善,对此提出几点建议。This paper investigated the status quo of community sports and social sport instractor by using the method of literature review and interview.It found that the lack of professional social sport instractor restrict the devolpment of community sports.The research has showed that P.E teacher’s professional knowledge and skills,prolific teaching and trainning experience,competetion events organizing and managing experience are good effective function for community sports instructing.Howerver,it needs so many policies supporting to make it wroks.So,there has some suggestions for this.
