摘　　要：本文系统总结了2011年我国民爆行业安全生产现状和特点,深入剖析了安全生产存在的突出问题和制约瓶颈,从强化安全生产监管、加强企业现场管理、推进本质安全化进程和严格源头管理等角度研究提出了对策建议。In this paper, the present situation of safety production and characteristic of the civil explosive industry in 2011 are summarized and the outstanding problems and bottleneck constraints of the safety production are analyzed. Then the countermeasures are put forward from strengthening safety production supervision and site management, promoting the progress of intrinsic safety and stricting source management.
