摘　　要：通过对剩余电压定义和产生原因的分析,对剩余电压测试进行方法探讨,着重讨论存储示波器测试法,及其输入阻抗对测试结果的不确定度分析。This essay dicsussed about the definition of residual voltage, its causes and the residual voltage test method, focusing on the storage oscilloscope test method and the uncertainty of its input impedance test results.
