摘  要:目的探讨儿童传染性单核细胞增多症(IM)中超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与肝转氨酶谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的变化,分析hs-CRP与肝转氨酶的关系。方法 80例IM儿童患者分成0~3岁、~6岁、~12岁3组,进行回顾性分析。结果 0~3岁组hs-CRP明显增高,与~6岁、~12岁组比较,差异有统计学意义。肝转氨酶在~6岁、~12岁组升高明显,两组分别与0~3岁组比较,差异有统计学意义,但~6岁、~12岁组间比较,差异无统计学意义。LDH在各组均升高,各组间比较,差异无统计学意义,但病情越重,LDH越高。结论儿童IM的肝功能异常程度与年龄有关,hs-CRP的增高程度与肝功能损害的严重程度无关。Objective To explor the changing levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and liver transaminase of childhood infectious mononucleosis (IM). Methods 80 children with IM were divided into three age groups, the 0 - 3 years old group, the 3 6 years old group and the 6 - 12 years old group and analyzed respectively. Results The levels ofhs-CRP were obviously higher in the 0 3 years old group. The serum levels of alanine amino transferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) were higher in the 3 - 6 years old group and 6 - 12 years old group. The serum levels of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) were high in all age groups. And the more serious the sick condition, the higher levels of LDH. Conclusions The levels of ALT, ALT and LDH in children with infectious mononucleosis are associated with age. The severity of liver function damage has no correlation with hs-CRP.
