摘　　要：目的探讨重度烧伤患者早期康复及功能锻炼的应用效果。方法选取我院2009年3月至2011年3月收治的重度烧伤患者64例给予早期康复与功能锻炼,以便尽可能预防瘢痕增生及关节畸形。结果本组患者均进行相应早期康复和功能锻炼,其中55例患者恢复良好治疗效果满意。余患者未能坚持锻炼,可见瘢痕增生并挛缩。结论有针对性、有计划地指导患者进行早期综合性康复及功能锻炼,能够最大限度减少瘢痕组织增生,降低关节、肌腱的粘连和挛缩畸形,最大限度恢复关节的功能。Objective To discuss the effect of early rehabilitation and functional exercise for severe bum patients. Methods 64 cases of severe bum patients in our hospital from March 2009 to March 2011 were given early rehabilitation and functional exercise to prevent scar proliferation and joint deformity. Results All the patients were performed with early rehabilitation and fimctional exercise, in whom 55 cases recovered well with satisfied curative effect, the others failed to adhere to exercise with visible scar hyperplasia and contracture. Conclusion Targeted, planned guidance for patients with early comprehensive rehabilitation and functional exercise can minimize the formation of scar tissue, reduce joint, tendon adhesions and scontracture deformity, and maximum the recovery of joint function.
