摘　　要：案例是司法活动的结晶和法律适用的生动载体,它对于我们准确理解法律,更好地适用法律起着极其重要的作用。我国检察机关案例指导制度尚在起步阶段,许多实体与程序上的问题尚待解决。从实证角度分析,在我国建立检察机关案例指导制度不仅必要,而且可行。A lively embodiment of judicial activities and legal application, legal cases play an important role in shaping our accurate understanding of law and better legal application. China has just started constructing the procuratorate case guidance system, and there are still many problems related to entity and procedure. An empirical study shows that it is both necessary and feasible to construct the procuratorate case guidance system in China.
