摘　　要：构建案例指导制度作为推进司法改革、促进司法公正的重要举措之一,逐渐受到社会各界尤其是司法界的重视。就我国检察机关而言,现阶段要建立行之有效的案例指导制度来指导办案,还面临诸多困难。分析面临的具体问题,提出相应对策,是探索检察机关建立案例指导制度的必由之路。As an important act for promoting judicial reform and improving judicial justice, the construction of case guidance system is receiving more attention from all social domains and especially from the judicial circle. As for the Procuratorate institutions in China, presently there are still many difficulties in constructing an effective case guidance system for legal practice. The only way to establishment of case guidance systems by the Procuratorate must be based on analysis of realistic issues and proposition of counter measures.
