摘 要:利用自主研发的煤粉改性剂对非炼焦煤进行改性后配煤炼焦,可以达到有效利用非炼焦煤的目的。通过40 kg焦炉试验研究表明:直接加入4%的无烟煤和6%的长焰煤后,焦炭质量变差,然而,加入煤粉改性剂对其改性后炼焦,焦炭质量改善;当煤粉改性剂量低于或高于配合煤质量的0.08%时,焦炭质量改善幅度较小;当煤粉改性剂量达到0.08%时,焦炭质量改善明显,其M40提高5.94%,M10降低7.12%,CRI降低4.61%,CSR提高11.42%,接近原配合煤的炼焦指标,符合生产要求。A new type of coal modifying additive(ZBS)was developed to modify the non-coking coal, so it can be used for coking. A series of 40 kg coking-oven experiments were performed and the results show that the quality of the coke deteriorates with the addition of 4% of anthracite and 6% of Long Flame Coal,while it is improved significantly with the ZBS modifying additive. The best improvement is achieved when 0.08 % of ZBS is mixed with the non-coking coal,which causes coke properties such as the anti-broken strength of coke(M40 ) to increase by 5.94% ,wear resist- ance strength (M^0) to decrease by 7.12%, coke reactivity index(CRI) to reduce by 4.61% and strength after reac- tion(CSR) to increase by If. 42%. The quality of the coke obtained is very close to the production index of coking coal and the production requirements can be met.
