摘 要:在碱性品红目视比色测定岩盐中微量溴的方法基础上,建立了光电比色法测定原煤中微量溴的新方法。实验表明:三氯甲烷萃取四溴品红的最大吸收峰位于570nm处,在0.4μg/mL~2μg/mL范围内线性良好,相关系数达0.994 1;选择确定各试剂加入的最佳剂量,经试剂加入序列全面实验,进行了溶(熔)矿方法对照,确定了半熔剂的使用剂量、半熔温度、半熔时间和沸水浸取时间。拟定了分析流程,并对4件煤样进行了加标回收,回收率在85.71%~106.35%范围内,结果令人满意。This paper established a new method of determining trace Bromide in coal by the photoelectric colorimetry, based on the visual colorimetric determination of trace Bromine in rock salt. The experiments showed that: the maximum absorption peak of tetrabromo magenta from chloroform extraction was at 570 nm; there was a good linearity (correlation coefficient 0. 994 1) in the range of 0.4μg/mL~2μg/mL. When the optimum dosage of each reagent was determined, the comprehensive sequence experiments with reagents were conducted, and the dosage of half flux, half melting temperature, half melting time and boiling water leaching time were determined by the contrast experiments of a comprehensive solution (melt) mining method. Through the above experimental procedures all the Bromine in coal could be leached. According to the given analysis procedure, 4 coal samples were recovered with a satisfactory recovery rate 85.71%-106.35 %.
