摘　　要：XJM-S12属自吸空气机械搅拌式浮选机,独特的入料方式和搅拌机构,以及优化的流体动力学参数和高选择性分离的设计,其主要经济技术指标达到国际同类浮选机水平,构思新颖,结构合理,具有处理能力大、分选效果好、操作调节方便等优点,是处理煤泥水理想的选煤设备。XJM-S12 flotation machine was one of the naturally aspirated mechanical stirring flotation machines with good characteristics of unique feeding mode and stirring unit, optimized fluid dynamics parameters and high-selectivity separation. The main economic and technical indexes of XJM-S12 flotation machine reached the level of international similar machine with modern design and rational structure. It was indicated that XJM-S12 was ideal coal preparation equipment for coal slime water treatment with such advantages of high processing capacity, good flotation effects and convenient operation.
