摘　　要：目的:探讨不同护理方法对经口气管插管患者口腔感染和舒适度的影响。方法:抽取70例接受经口气管插管治疗的临床确诊患者病例,将其分为A、B两组,每组35例。分别进行常规口腔护理和冲洗法口腔护理。结果:B组患者在治疗过程中舒适度明显优于A组患者。结论:对经口气管插管治疗的患者在插管期间进行冲洗法口腔护理,可以使患者舒适感和满意度增加,有效预防口腔感染及VAP。Objective：On the application of the different nursing methods endotracheal intubation, nursing of patients after oral infections and comfort effect of research and analysis.Method：Selected 70 cases underwent orotracheal intubation treatment clinical diagnosed patients, which were divided into A, B two group, average each of 35 cases for oral care and irrigation oral care.Result：The B group was higher comfort than that in B group patients during treatment.Conclusion：For orotracheal intubation patients treated in intubation during the washing method of oral care, can make a patient increased comfort and satisfaction, effective in the prevention of oral infection and the occurrence of VAP.
