摘　　要：目的在夏桑菊颗粒指纹图谱建立的基础上,对不同品牌夏桑菊颗粒指纹图谱进行对比研究。方法采用反相液相色谱法测定夏桑菊颗粒指纹图谱,提取指纹图谱数字化信息,运用对照图谱比对法、相似度分析、聚类分析等方法研究不同品牌产品的特征。结果 12个品牌夏桑菊颗粒指纹图谱中有13个共有特征峰,相同品牌产品相似度较高,不同品牌产品相似度波动较大。聚类分析将12个品牌的产品根据相近程度分类。结论本法稳定、可靠、重复性好,为区分不同品牌夏桑菊颗粒提供参考。Objective To establish the fingerprint chromatograms of different brands of Xiasangju Granules and to study their differences. Methods The fingerprint chromatograms of Xiasangju granules were determined by reverse phase HPLC. The characteristics of different products were analyzed by using chromatogram comparison, similarity analysis and cluster analysis. Results Thirteen common peaks of the HPLC fingerprints were presented in 12 brands of Xiasangju Granules. Products of the same brand showed high similarity, but the similarity varied in different brands. Products of 12 brands were classified by cluster analysis on the basis of similarity. Conclusion The method is stable, reliable and with good reproducibility, which can provide reference for identification of different brands of Xiasangju Granules.
