β-环糊精包合川芎、白芷挥发油的工艺研究

摘　　要：目的考察颈眩宁胶囊中川芎与白芷挥发油的包合条件。方法以挥发油包合率及包合物得率为综合评价指标,优选最佳的包合工艺,并采用TLC法对包合物进行验证。结果川芎、白芷挥发油的β-环糊精(β-CD)最佳包合工艺为挥发油∶β-CD=1∶8,搅拌3 h,50℃下包合。结论颈眩宁胶囊的包合工艺合理可行。Objective To investigate the inclusion condition for volatile oil from Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Radix An- gelicae Dahuricae in Jingxuanning capsule. Methods Orthogonal design was used for the experiment. With the yield of clathrate and the volatile oil inclusion rate as target markers, the conditions for including the oil were optimized and inclusion compound was identified by TLC. Results The optimum preparation condition for inclusion was estab- lished as follows ： the ratio of volatile oil to β- cyclodextrin CD being（ 1 ： 8）, stirring for 3 h and inclusion at 50 ℃. Conclusion The optimum conditions for inclusion are steady and feasible for Jingxuanning capsule .
