图像内容引导的宫颈细胞薄片精细调焦方法

摘　　要：由于景深大小限制,液基宫颈细胞薄片的高倍显微成像存在群细胞和单细胞分层清晰现象,传统的自动调焦方法难以达到调焦目的.本文提出图像内容引导的精细调焦方法,分离群细胞和单细胞,对各自的图像内容进行调焦,从而定位群细胞和单细胞清晰位置.实验结果表明,该方法可有效定位宫颈细胞薄片群细胞和单细胞各自的清晰位置.Due to the limitation of field depth, cervical group cell and single cell is clear in different focus, and the traditional automatic focusing method is hard to achieve the purpose of focusing. In this paper, a precise focusing based on the content of image is proposed to find each clear image and to focus different content under the separation of group cell and single cell. The experiment results show that it is a good method for seeking out each clear image of cervical group cell and single cell.
